** NEW Friday 6-8am self practice class- Yumi will introduce and teach you the ashtanga yoga sequence step by step.
Students are also welcome to do their own practice in any style for as long as they want. Yumi will be there to assist and adjust you.

Yoga Classs Tips Yoga classes are designed for beginners through to advanced. Simply let your teacher know your experience level and he/she will accommodate the class to suit your skill level.
Yoga Classs Tips No booking is required for a yoga class. Please come 5-10 minutes early for the yoga class.
Yoga Classs Tips We offer a boutique style studio which ensures all participants receive the attention they require.
Yoga Classs Tips If you suffer from soreness or an injury to any area of your body such as your back, neck or shoulders, please let the teacher know before the class begins so he/she can accomodate your needs. Yoga is a great way rehabilitate, rejuvenate and stabilize the body.
