The technique of Ka Huna Massage was originally performed by the ancient Ka Huna's of Hawaii, the masters of the tradition. The bodyworkers hands, fingers, forearms and elbows massage the reciever using long flowing movements in rhythm to music. Dance and massage become one.
The flow, touch and rhythm encourages the receiver to let go of stress and relax while on a deeper level allowing the body, mind and soul to heal and balance. The body's blood flow and lymphatic system is stimulated, encouraging toxin and waste removal and oxygenating every cell. This promotes improved health and well-being.
The depth and strength of the Ka Huna Massage can be easily varied to satisfy people who like to receive either a firm deep massage or a gentle, nurturing touch. Hot Rock Massage also available.
