Yoga classes are designed for beginners through to advanced. Simply let the teacher know your experience level and he/she will accommodate the class to suit your skill level.
No booking is required for a yoga class. Please come 5-10 minutes early for the yoga class.
Yoga class sizes are kept small to ensure that all participants get the attention they require.
Yoga mats are provided at our yoga classes, but feel free to bring your own as well.
If you suffer from soreness or an injury to any area of your body such as your back, neck or shoulders, please let the teacher know before the class begins so he/she can accomodate your needs. Yoga is a great way rehabilitate, rejuvenate and stabilize the body.
