Yoga Retreat, Thailand - August 31-September 20 2011

August 31 - September 20 2011 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered Location: Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui www.absolutesanctuary.com We are able to open a few spots to those students who wish to join us in Thailand for a yoga retreat.   Whilst this is a teacher training intensive, you can come for the 3 weeks (1 week or 2 weeks also available) and attend yoga classes twice daily and enjoy all the delicious vegetarian food.

You will be part of the group energy in classes, however, will not need to attend the teacher training  workshops.  If you would like to attend certain workshops this is available. *Workshops 11am start, 3.30pm finish (no breaks, snacks provided) Morning Practice 7-9am Evening Practice 5-7pm

• All workshops (1-11) are compulsory for those who are doing Teacher Training

• All classes (morning/evening practice) are compulsory for those who are doing Teacher Training (with the exception of Sundays)

• Sunday classes are intended to be a gentle/ restorative practice. These classes are not compulsory for students who feel that they need to restore their energy in solitude. If rest is what you need, then feel free to spend a Sunday relaxing by the pool!

• All activities are optional for Teacher Trainees

• Retreat students all classes/activities are optional • Retreat students who have completed their level 1 Yoga Teacher Training previously with My Health Yoga or are in training currently in another course are welcome to attend any Teacher Training workshops at no extra charge.
